Upon request, we can provide a baby travel cot for €10 per stay.  

Also upon request, a lockable garage is available for communal use to store your bicycles – safely secured and accessible at any time. A power connection for charging e-bike batteries is provided. Please note that charging electric vehicles via 230‑volt sockets is not permitted. For charging your electric vehicle, we can provide our private wallbox upon prior arrangement and for a fee, and we will gladly assist you with its use.  

Please note that a cleaning fee of €40 will be added to your booking.  

Please note that there is no washing machine available in the holiday apartment

To ensure the peace of the neighborhood and the safety of all guests, we kindly ask for your understanding that barbecuing, open fires, and similar activities in the outdoor area are not permitted.
